The Warner Bros. behemoth raked in another $75 million in its second week, which is a phenomenal amount for first week standards alone. :::Step Brothers took in a very solid and promising $30 million, and will continue to bring in cash as just about every human on the face of the earth will have seen The Dark Knight. With a $65 million price tag, it will cover its costs and then some.
:::Not surprisingly, The Love Guru is continuing to bomb! Costing $62 million, it has only made half that amount the SIX WEEKS it's been out! OUCH! It came in at #40 while, in comparison, What Happens in Vegas came in at #26. And the fluffy Ashton Kutcher/Cameron Diaz rom-com has been out for twelve weeks! Mike Myers needs to step it up a bit....
